Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort such as constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhea, in which case discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
