Features DIM, a metabolite of the naturally occurring Indole-3-carbinol compound found in cruciferous vegetables that supports healthy estrogen metabolism.
Research tells us that a low level of 2-hydroxyestrone, and a high level of 16 alpha-hydroxyestrone is not desired. DIM works by helping to increase 2-hydroxyestrone and therefore improves the 2/16 hydroxyestrone ratio. DIM supplementation improves the estrogen ratio in a favourable direction that protects both men and women without the negative effect of raising 4 hydroxyestrogen. 

Ingredients:

Each softgel contains:

DIM (3,3′-Diindolylmethane) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides, bovine gelatin, glycerine, purified water, annatto, quillaja extract, tocotrienols. 

Purity: Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 softgel per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. For use beyond 3 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
