Nature’s Way Scullcap Herb is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sleep aid, in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to stress. It also helps to relieve nervousness and to relieve the pain associated with menstruation.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS – EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Scullcap (stem, leaf & flower) (Scutellaria lateriflora)	425 mg
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Gelatin (capsule)

DIRECTIONS – ADULTS:
Take 2 capsules per day.

WARNINGS:
